T'ai Chi Ch'uan (from Chinese Tàijíquán, literally supreme ultimate fist), is an internal Chinese martial art which is known for it’s health benefits. T'ai Chi Ch'üan is applied with complete a relaxation or "softness".
T'ai Chi Ch'uan is best known from its slow moving routines. In a T'ai Chi class one is taught self-awareness and appreciation of the practical value in one's ability to moderate extremes of behavior and attitude at both mental and physical levels.
